It is hereby declared by the Participant or Parent/Guardian of the Participant that –

1. The Participant is participating in the Little Gaurs League (“the Tournament” or “the League”) organised by the Forca Goa Foundation at free will and discretion, and is completely voluntary in nature.
2. The Participant or the Parent/Guardian understands that it may take some special skill and technical knowledge to participate in the Little Gaurs League and the Participant or the Parent/Guardian is fully aware of the risks and dangers involved in the participation in  the tournament.
3. The Participant will wear all applicable protective equipment while participating in the Little Gaurs League.
4.  The Forca Goa Foundation is focused on creating safe and appropriate playing environments for our players. Governmental advice on restrictions is fluid. The Forca Goa Foundationwill only allow footballing activities to take place based on the express sanction from Central/Sate Government and local governing bodies (Goa Football Association) and when we deem fit. That also includes any future suspensions that may be required. We will put in the appropriate safety measures as per the requirements / advice from the governing bodies but we require that all members of the club, parents, spectators, volunteers, officials, guardians, sponsors and that are anyway involved to take the necessary personal safety and welfare measures as stipulated by the Government.
5. The Participant and the Parent/Guardian are fully aware that the photos and videos which are captured during the Tournament shall be used by the Forca Goa Foundation on its communications both online and offline. The Participant and the Parent/Guardian hereby declares that they have no objection to the Forca Goa Foundation’s such use of the photographs and videos and will not claim any compensation, royalty, or any similar form of payment for such use of the photos and videos. The photos/videos may be modified by the Forca Goa Foundation to suit the purpose and reach of the posting and display.
6. The Participant and the Parent/Guardian acknowledges that certain personal information about the Participant and the Parent/Guardian (excluding sensitive personal information) may be created and transferred by the Forca Goa Foundation at the time of posting and displaying the photos and videos on its social media handles and/or websites. The Participant and the Parent/Guardian specifically consents to the sharing of such personal information.
7. The Participant or the Parent/Guardian is fully responsible for the Participant’s behaviour during the Term of the Tournament. The Participant and the Parent/Guardian will not engage, nor shall cause to engage, in any altercations, both physical and verbal, with anyone for whatsoever reason. The Participant and the Parent/Guardian also responsible for the behaviour of any guests invited along with them.
8. The Participant or the Parent/Guardian recognises that there may be an Organiser conducting the Tournament and the Participant’s or the Parent/Guardian’s relationship with such Organiser shall be bilateral and the Forca Goa Foundation shall not be responsible for any liability arising from the default of the Organiser.
9. The Participant or the Parent/Guardian shall ensure at all times that there is no loss or damage (including theft) caused to the properties or assets of the Forca Goa Foundation, the Venue, and there shall be no loss or damage (including theft) caused to the consumables used during the Event. In the event there are any such losses or damages (including theft) attributable to the Participant, then the Participant or the Parent/Guardian shall be liable to reimburse the Forca Goa Foundation the entire value of the loss or damage.
10. The Participant or Parent/Guardian shall ensure that all rules and instructions of the Event and all other policies, terms and conditions imposed by the Forca Goa Foundation are understood, respected and followed at all times. The attestation of this Discharge of Liability by the Participant or the Parent/Guardian shall imply the acceptance of the same. The Participant and the Parent/Guardian shall be responsible to enquire about all policies, terms and conditions imposed by the Forca Goa Foundation as well as an Organiser for the particular Event.
11. The Participant as well as the Parent/Guardian declares that they are not infected by any virus or disease or sickness, and are in a healthy condition to participate in the Event. Participant, Parent/Guardian is solely responsible towards their wellbeing, including catching and spreading of any deadly viruses or diseases or sickness. The Participant and Parent/Guardian shall ensure that social distancing, sanitization, face masks, and other precautionary measure prescribed under the law is followed. The Forca Goa Foundation shall not be responsible for the Participant’s and Parent/Guardian’s health nor shall be responsible for the Participant/ Parent/Guardian catching any virus or disease or sickness from any other person.
12. If the Participant or the Parent/Guardian registers other participants for any Tournament, Participant or the Parent/Guardian shall ensure that all rules and instructions of the Event and all other policies, terms and conditions imposed by the Forca Goa Foundation are understood, respected and followed at all times by all other participants. The Participant or the Parent/Guardian will indemnify the Forca Goa Foundation from claims, losses and liabilities arising from the breach of this clause. Additionally, the other participants shall read, understand and physically sign a copy of these terms and conditions, or as applicable, shall be signed by the Parent/Guardian, and both the Participant and the Parent/Guardian shall indemnify the Forca Goa Foundation for the failure of the same.
13. The Participant and the Parent/Guardian hereby discharge the Forca Goa Foundation from all liability (present and future) which may arise in any manner whatsoever, due to the participation in the Little Gaurs League. The Forca Goa Foundation shall not be liable for any accidents, hurt or death.
14. The Forca Goa Foundation shall have the right at any point of time to stop the Event due to weather conditions, safety concerns, threats, disputes etc., and the Participant agrees to leave the Venue or any dedicated area of the Venue where such Event is being conducted.
15. Any disputes regarding the Participant’s participation in the Little Gaurs League shall be settled amicably between the Participant/Parent/Guardian with the point of contact/Organiser for the particular event, and the Participant and the Parent/Guardian discharge the Forca Goa Foundation from any responsibility regarding such disputes.
16. In the event the Participant violates any of the policies, terms and conditions prescribed by the Forca Goa Foundation and the Organiser for the Event, which causes any harm, injury, death or damage to the life or property of another Participant or any person whosoever, then the Participant and the Parent/Guardian agree to compensate for, and face any legal charges as applicable for such harm, injury, death or damage.
17. The Participant or Parent/Guardian shall be entitled to claim a refund of the registration fee (as the Participant or Parent/Guardian sole and exclusive remedy) in the following cases –
    1. when the Event for which the Participant or Parent/Guardian has registered has not been conducted,
    2. when the Participant or Parent/Guardian has cancelled the transaction two weeks (10 working days) before the date of the registered Event(100% refund),
    3. in any other cases where the Forca Goa Foundation at its sole discretion offers a refund.
18. The Participant or Parent/Guardian understands that the Payment Services may not be available in full or in part for certain category of Events, services and/or transactions as mentioned in the Policies and hence the Participant or Parent/Guardian may not be entitled to a refund in respect of the transactions for those Events or services.
19. Refund, if any, shall be made through the same mode of payment by which the transaction price was received.
20. Refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only and shall be equivalent to the Transaction Price received in Indian Rupees.
21. For electronics payments, refund shall be made through the Payment Services using NEFT / RTGS or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India (RBI).
22. Refund shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to the Forca Goa Foundation in case of any misuse by the Participant or Parent/Guardian.
23. Refund shall be subjected to the Participant or Parent/Guardian complying with the Forca Goa Foundation Policies and the User T&C/Agreement.
24. A team may be allowed to partially register their squad by choosing to pay the registration fees later. In case a team avails this option, they agree to complete full payment of registration fees, two weeks before the first League match-day. Upon failure to complete payment until the specified deadline, the team ’s registration may be cancelled without prior notification. The user may then proceed to re-register the team, using the website or reaching out to the Forca Goa Foundation at info@forcagoa.org.
25. As and when applicable, the Participant shall be required to report on time at a designated assembly points located at the venue. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant or the Parent/Guardian to ensure that the Participant is present at such assembly points at the mentioned times. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the Participant’s right to participate in an event without any remedy.
26. This Terms & Conditions and Discharge of Liability has been executed digitally and shall be bound by the laws of India, with the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra having specific jurisdiction.
