The Forca Goa Foundation views protection of the User’s privacy as a very important principle. the Forca Goa Foundation understands clearly that the User and the User’s Personal Information (name, age, phone number, pin code, billing address, delivery address, user name, password, sports interests___ etc, and other information as may be amended from time to time, collectively known as “Personal Information”) and Content is one of the Forca Goa Foundation’s most important assets. the Forca Goa Foundation’s stores and processes the User’s Information and Content including any sensitive financial information collected (as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000), if any, on computers that may be protected by physical as well as reasonable technological security measures and procedures in accordance with Information Technology Act 2000 and Rules there under. the Forca Goa Foundation’s current Privacy Policy is available herein and also specifically at the Privacy Policy page. If The User objects to the User’s information being transferred or used in this way, the User is urged not to use the Platform.
The Forca Goa Foundation records, stores and analyses the Personal Information and Content that is available through any of the Forca Goa Foundation’s Platforms. This also includes any information apart from the said Personal Information and Content that the User provides when a transaction is made on any of the Forca Goa Foundation’s websites.
Personal Information and Content collected helps the Forca Goa Foundation take every measure to make sure that its Users are safe while participating in any Events or while using any of the services displayed on the Platform. Large number of Events or services displayed on the Platform as well as multiple transactions can sometimes lead to a risk. In the event a risk is identified with regard to the services provided on the Platform, the Users shall be contacted.
The Forca Goa Foundation ensures that the Users are contacted only when a need arises to contact such User. Such instances could be regarding the safety of the User whilst, post or before participating in any Events, or using any services purchased/enrolled into from the Platform. Further, the Personal Information and Content is used for the following purposes –
To be able to process refund of registration fee in cases where the Event for which the User has registered is cancelled by the Forca Goa Foundation or the Organizer for whatsoever reason.
To be able to process a refund of any amount paid by the User as a purchase price for any services when there is any concern regarding the same.
To send marketing and promotional messages and other information that might be of interest to the User. This is only done with the consent of the User. At any point in time the User can opt out from receiving these communications.
To implement and manage referral programs, surveys, contests, promotional activities or Events sponsored or managed by the Forca Goa Foundation.
To enhance and optimize the Forca Goa Foundation’s user experience based on the research and analytics done using the Personal Information and Content.
To be able to contact our unhappy Users and resolve their issues and grievances.
This Platform uses Google AdWords & Facebook remarketing service to advertise on third party websites to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that the Forca Goa Foundation advertises to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, a site in the Google Display Network, or on Facebook. Third-party vendors, including Google & Facebook, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the Platform. Such data collected will be used in accordance with the Forca Goa Foundation’s Privacy Policy, as well as Google & Facebook privacy policies.
The Forca Goa Foundation has changed its Analytics tracking code to support Display Advertising and implement Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting. We use this information to better understand, protect and serve the Users. the Forca Goa Foundation uses this information to provide the services requested by the Users. the Forca Goa Foundation might use this information to resolve disputes; troubleshoot problems; help promote a safe service; measure consumer interest in our services; inform the Users about online and offline offers, events, products, services and updates; customize the User’s experience; detect and protect the Forca Goa Foundation against error, fraud and other criminal activity; enforce the Forca Goa Foundation’s Terms and Conditions; and as otherwise described to the Users at the time of collection.
In efforts to continually improve the Services offered, the Forca Goa Foundation collects and analyses demographic and profile data about the Users’ activity on the Platform. The Forca Goa Foundation might use this data to tailor the User’s experience on the Platform, provided the User with content that the Forca Goa Foundation thinks the User might be interested in, and to display content according to the User’s preferences.
Using the Ads Settings, the Users can opt out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads. The Users can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google Analytics’ currently available opt-outs for the web.

The Forca Goa Foundation may share Personal Information and Content with the Foundation’s other corporate entities and affiliates. These entities and affiliates may market to the User as a result of such sharing unless the User explicitly opts out to such marketing.
The Forca Goa Foundation may disclose Personal Information (other than “sensitive” Personal Information if collected) and Content to third parties. This disclosure may be required for the Forca Goa Foundation to provide the User access to the Platform to comply with the Forca Goa Foundation’s legal obligations, to enforce the contracts between the Forca Goa Foundation and the User, to facilitate the Forca Goa Foundation’s marketing and advertising activities, or to prevent, detect, mitigate, and investigate fraudulent or illegal activities related to the Platform. The Forca Goa Foundation does not disclose the User’s Personal Information and Content to third parties for their marketing and advertising purposes without the User’s explicit consent.
The Forca Goa Foundation may disclose Personal Information and Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes. The Forca Goa Foundation may disclose Personal Information and Content to law enforcement offices, third party rights owners, or others in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to (i) enforce this Agreement or Privacy Policy, (ii) respond to claims that an advertisement, posting or other Content violates the rights of a third party, or (iii) to protect the rights, property or personal safety of the Forca Goa Foundation’s Users, customers or the general public.
The Forca Goa Foundation and the Foundation’s affiliates will share / sell some or all of the User’s Personal Information and Content with other business entities should the Forca Goa Foundation (or the Foundation’s other entities or assets) plan to merge with, or be acquired by that business entity, or re-organization, amalgamate, or restrict the business. Should such a transaction occur, the other business entity (or the new combined entity) will be required to follow this.
Agreement and the Privacy Policy with respect to User’s Personal Information.
Users must also ensure that the Users protect their information and any other information gathered from the Platform confidentially, and shall be bound by this Privacy Policy. Any suspected or proven leak of information from the end of the User due to any violation of this Policy or due to the violation of the applicable laws shall lead to closure or suspension of the User’s access and the User shall be liable to indemnify the Forca Goa Foundation for the same.
